Communication & Marketing Specialist to Develop a Company in Transition to Sustainability and Growth


You are a hands-on specialist in communication and marketing, with an entrepreneurial capacity, and investor-entrepreneur mindset. Ready to participate in the process of development of the company


Your role is to co-lead the company into economic growth, with sustainable business practices and innovation. To slowly take over the role of co-owner, C-level, or eventually also CEO responsibility over the company.

Your responsibility is to enable sustainable growth, navigate all stages of development of the company, communicate the positive impact it creates, on both nature, society, and the economy, in both local, online and global scenarios


THE CHALLENGE

We are looking for a hands-on specialist in communication and marketing, that have fun developing the company

According to your individual experience and preferences, your profile will be matched with one of the companies in our ecosystem or companies of customers

From MKBs to startups, re-startups, spinoffs, non-profit causes, impact investment projects, or intrapreneurship ventures.

It is a step-by-step step process in which you will slowly take over the management of the company, as co-owner, c-level, and CEO (with equity)

You may as well stay at any other c-level responsibility

You start online, if necessary/or if you prefer to travel to a business location, or move in with an expat agreement

You may as well choose a company for which you work online or at a location you prefer

YOUR JOB

The ideal candidate will manage the overall communication, marketing, branding, and product development and operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, stakeholders, shareholders, and employees.

It involves both the inner development of the company, its human capital, and culture; as well as communication with stakeholders, partners, and communication with the market

The leader will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the development of the company, including CSR, and the transition roadmap

Scouting for opportunities and leading economic growth


QUALIFICATIONS

Familiar with companies, industries, markets, and leaders in transition, combined with hands-on participation in the development of the company

Familiar with companies in transition to sustainable development practices

Experienced in starting up new projects, or bringing established businesses to the next level

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

MBA or equivalent experience in management

5+ years experience in leadership, communication, marketing, and strategic management positions

Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

Values, impact, and purpose-driven leadership

Entrepreneurial mindset

Sales, communication, branding, and negotiation skills

Leadership development (learning-teaching and mentoring skills)

COMPENSATION

Varies according to the project.

You will inform us of the compensation level you prefer

Candidates may choose one or combine more of the following compensation agreements.

Salary, monthly wages

Project-based, outcome bonus, compensation after completion

Revenues target based

Time-based, compensation per day or hour

Royalty-based, after a project/product enters the market, you earn a % of the fees paid by users

Earn-play based, you receive challenges (games to play) according to the outcome you earn an income (rules apply)

License based: You earn with the company together, a fee of the licenses given to our customers

Equity: shares, dividends
