COMMISSION BASED

• The compensation we offer is commission/outcome-based/targets-based, from 3% up to 45% commissions
• We also offer you a bonus, royalties, referrals, and affiliate commissions, calculated every three months, 9 months and bi-yearly
• We also compensate your time for consultancy, coaching, and mentoring projects from 45,00 EUR up to 270,00 EUR / unit of service (Average 2.500,00 EUR - 4.500,00 EUR)

• You will receive training in: Matrix-Q Holistic Entrepreneurship Knowledge, tools, and skills for marketing and sales

QUALIFICATIONS

• Online Marketing experience of 2+ years or equivalent
• Direct Sales experience of 2+ Years or equivalent
• Account management experience of 2+ years or equivalent
• Experience in marketing, communication, sales, branding, negotiations
• Purpose-driven entrepreneurship capacity

• We design, produce, and create hybrid games for sexuality education
• We address gender diversity, inclusion, co-creativity
• Our games also address gender equality (non-polarity), reducing discrimination, supporting preventive health;
• We also develop games dedicated to conscious sexuality, and consent, enabling a healthy, joyful, and satisfactory sexual lifestyle
• We design games for binomial and polynomial relationships, family, and community sexuality education
• We develop and provide innovative methodologies, learning/teaching materials for both parents, teachers, coaches, trainers
• We also produce games for corporate, addressing discrimination prevention, gender bias, and gender business skills (female/male/androgen) development
• We produce tailor-made LEARN-PLAY Programs adjusted to cultural bias and learning capacity

CONDITIONS

• Ongoing continues training
• You will receive training and challenges, along with the development of the business project
• You feel comfortable creating your own future. You can earn as much as you want.
• You have fun with communication, marketing, and sales

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• We will match your profile, skills, and knowledge, with current business projects, products, target groups, and customers.
• The recruiting program starts with an informative webinar and an individual interview.
• Followed by an individual capacity assessment and matching interview.
• After the selection of your first challenge, product, and or business project, you will complete a trial time.

TIME ENGAGEMENT

• You choose the time you want to commit (from 5 hours/week or more)
• You are welcome to join us part-time, or full time

• You start online (We are an online company, and most of our work, 80% is done online)
• Later you can combine work at your location or geographical region
• Our HQ (Headquarters) is in the Netherlands, but you will choose the location in the Netherlands you want to work from (home office) or if you are not living in the Netherlands, you will set a schedule to visit the location, travel to the Netherlands from time to time

COMPENSATION

Varies according to the project

Candidates may choose one or combine more of the following compensation agreements.

• Commission-based, from 3% up to 45% commission
• Project-based, outcome bonus, compensation after completion
• Time-based, compensation per day or hour
• Royalty-based, after a project/product enters the market, you earn a % of the fees paid by users
• Earn-play based, you receive challenges (games to play) according to the outcome you earn an income (rules apply)
• License-based: You earn with the company together, a fee for the licenses given to our customers
• Equity: shares
• Affiliate: outcome-based
• Passive Income Assets: Digital, tangible, and nontangible assets
• Assets generation: Shared wealth system
• Subscription-based: A crowdfunding system in which your contribution generates a return in the form of assets, capital, or other values
• Capacity building: knowledge, skills, tools, methods, experience, opportunities
